Carole helped our family of five find our first home! We were brand new to the home buying business and had no clue where to start, what to do ,or what questions to ask. Carol showed us every home we wanted to see and was very honest with us about the area, the price, and the budget. We met Carol when we were going through a very difficult time preparing our infant daughter for a very serious surgery. Not only did she work around our schedule, she genuinely cares about where we made our home and how our family was doing. She was never pushy. She was always prepared with all of the information about each home we looked at. Carole was very patient with us, showing us a few homes twice when we asked. Her knowledge about the school systems and neighborhoods was so helpful in our search. We ended up with a wonderful home that our family loves, at a great price. Carole cares about her clients well after the sale is complete. We have been in our home for almost a year and she continues to touch base with us to ask how everyone is doing.
